The taste was unlike other cakes and it has a ‘spongy’ texture. I was suppose to leave the cake mixture on its tray for 3-4 hours before baking it ,but I just couldn’t wait..left the cake for 2 hours and then, straight into the oven… …I guess that is why the ‘comb’ effect on the cake stops halfway up..lol..but again who cares…as long as it taste good.
Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey. It reminds us to cherish each moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we have lived.

Honeycomb Cake
My weekly baking activity if I’m not lazy… Tried baking this cake for the 1st time and the verdict is : it was so yummy that I finished half the cake myself.
The taste was unlike other cakes and it has a ‘spongy’ texture.
